@etrade hey guys! Horrible customer service. I have to wait over 90 minutes to get my account deactivated because you don’t have simple technology to fix problems like this. I am switching to Webull. I guess you don’t value having customers.

@etrade If I've payed my tuition, not broken any campus rules, not been convicted of any crimes, and am maintaining an academic standard, does the University have a legal right to expel me because other students don't like me? I'd say I'd have a very winnable lawsuit.

The only way to provide customer service to yourself @etrade is to start a new account because they never answer the phones. On hold 3 hours and fell asleep. Don’t know why they went away from the messaging system for most services. Terrible decision.

@jbrowder1 In January @etrade customers service cost me as much as $100,000. Said they couldn't help. They said they CANT sell /exercise shares/call options AMH. However, I later found @CarrieSchwab is able to SELL shares and exercise calls pre-market or post market (1 hour before/after).

Hello @etrade … knock knock. I just called again. 60 minute wait time. Are you all ok over there? What time should I call where wait time is less than an 30 minutes (even that’s terrible … but we must lower the bar somewhere)

@etrade Your Live Chat being consistently down defeats the purpose, especially when I was on hold for 85(!) minutes on the phone, only to be disconnected. The customer service so far has been a nightmare.

@etrade Please answer your customer service phones! Five hours on hold via various calls is unacceptable. We have been customers for over 20 years - we are probably leaving after this mess.
