@etrade Wrong. I have tried multiple combinations of cache clearing, private/incognito browse, other browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave), different computers (Windows, Mac), to no avail. And I know of at least one other user who is having the same experience. You have a problem.

Yo @etrade @MorganStanley I've tested my mouse for glitches and... I've had multiple double clicks and even somehow gotten short a stock today without ever clicking the SHORT button. Please fix your software.

@etrade has made an error on my 1099 so please everyone look closely. It is showing “other income” from a Capital Mortgage Plus that I don’t have any affiliation with and yet no record of the transaction under “transactions” study your 1099-Misc page

@etrade I have been waiting for 1+ hour to get to a CSR for phone support because your website keeps giving errors when doing transaction! Online chat was as unhelpful as it can get. Why is your phone support so slow?? Please can someone get back to me ASAP!
