@0001_Trader @etrade @TDAmeritrade Oh I know! I use E*TRADE as well and love it. I was just trying to help people, if they had an issue purchasing they’d have the knowledge to try purchasing a different way. And yes. That would SUCK *** paying that much in fees!!

@etrade You guys are a complete shitshow. I have been on hold THREE DIFFERENT TIMES today/yesterday for a total of 4.5 HOURS and have yet to get someone on the phone! This is absolutely ABOMINABLE and UNACCEPTABLE customer service management! I am going to report you to the regulators!!

@etrade has to be the worst app I’ve ever used in my entire life. Took money out of my account... couldn’t use it until almost 5 days after it came out of my bank. Now all of a sudden I can’t transfer back into my bank. Was on hold with them for over an hour

So I might gripe about @etrade trading platform sometimes, but let me say this as well, in the interest of fairness: Etrade customer service is awesome. They reach out and, even when it's pretty clear I'm a gambling degenerate, still try to address issues with their platform.
