@etrade Hello When I set a stop loss limit and there is a (sudden slippage) .. it exceeds the limit I set Do you have a solution to this problem ? (Don't say the limit is a guaranteed stop.. because his problem is that he sets the limit too far) Or do you have compensation ?

Hey everyone! Just my periodic reminder that @etrade is a horrible platform with absolute crap for customer service. They terminated all of my accounts last year (5 of them). Of course, they're under no obligation to tell me why, but this has happened to a lot of people.

@SimicWave @etrade It's like a 5th grader programmed their site. You specifically drop down, select a specific lot and they're like "Meh, your selling this lot instead." I've changed the preference and they just default it back several times on me.

@stock_mj @etrade I use Schwab with no problems. One quirk related to selling lots though. If you sell a lot on Schwab it will show it is still there until it reconciled over night. The next day everything is fine.

@etrade I keep leaving email for support and I never get any replies. I am wanting to sell all my positions, withdraw all my money and close my account. What is the secret to doing this? I can't afford E-Trade for day trading.

@stock_mj @etrade Haven't run into any issues with the MSOs. Outsides of that, I don't buy much on OTC. Interface on Fidelity is much better and specific lot selling is simple
