    @etrade hey guys! Horrible customer service. I have to wait over 90 minutes to get my account deactivated because you don’t have simple technology to fix problems like this. I am switching to Webull. I guess you don’t value having customers.

    @thundt @etrade Been locked out of my account for over a month. Anytime I call for help it’s a 90+ minute wait time. Completely outrageous. Worse than a cable company.

    @etrade worst customer service. Shouldn’t take 4 hours to get anyone on the phone. “Management” guaranteed my actions would be done in the following week. Still hasn’t been done and could have cost me a house! This has got to be the worst company in financial services!
