  @etrade Are you dummies ever going to fix the amount of the dividend you show been paid monthly on GECC. You have the dividend listed at $0.0083 instead of $0.083. Makes a hell of a difference in my estimated monthly income. How dumb are you guys really?

  @brianmonarch @etrade I finally connected after an hour and I was out through to persona that handles life insurance or some ****. I said I’m platinum member why ******** are u on with me and then the call dropped. Guess u need 3 commas these days.

  @etrade I have called customer service 4 times to try & recover my User ID and reset my password and I can NEVER speak to a representative. Wait times greater than 2 hours. Trying to do it online isn’t working. This is the worst customer service.

  New nomination for worst customer service: @etrade. I have a rep who won’t call me back and it’s impossible to get through their CS without waiting on hold for over an hour. I’ve given up every time I’ve attempted it. They don’t even give an estimate or request for call back.

  @etrade You know what I am tired of is E*TRADE APP not working properly the first 30 minutes of trading! Selling and buying issues the first 30 minutes of market open needs to get fixed.

  @etrade Etrade = No customer service. "live" chat experience (after 4 hours waiting) is "try another browser and clean cookies" if that doesn't solve your issue you need to call. 2 hours waiting on the phone and they just hung it up. Shitty web full of bugs.
