Charlie Harper (@CharlieBHarper) relatou um problema@etrade That call, where I was again told there was a "known technical problem" was resolved, despite it taking the online agent 45 minutes of mostly delayed, circular conversation before he attempted to understand the problem, much less direct me to a solution. But he continued to tell me he couldn't get into any specifics unless I capitulated on my identifying data.

Awful communication, archaic platform, and customer service that exists only in legend. Don’t switch for the bonus. If you’re already there, leave—you don’t know what good service feels like.
