I have tried calling @etrade 5x over the past week as turning off Symantec 2FA locked me out of my account (wtf?). I have a 60min wait time at 1:50am. It was a 4hr wait at 1pm. It’s been 3+ hours the past week. Y’all cannot be serious.

@bandacoo @etrade Not just Etrade. Many companies are usingCovid as an excuse for not providing decent service@. And we’re talking big reputable companies as well. It is the easiest thing to do. Everyone else is doing the same thing. But they forget when covid goes away……
