@etrade WTF is wrong with my account online logon? You are telling me my password or user name is wrong (not wrong) and then when I reset, you still won't let me logon! GET BACK TO ME ASAP! This is my $!!! Arseholes!

@etrade what’s happening in your customer service department? I sat on a call 2 hours waiting for someone to come on the line. I’ve chatted waited two days for an answer and got an automated response. This is crap.

@etrade very very hard to connect to your customer service . no one picks the call after >30 mins wait . Even after 120 mins wait on chat - no one respond . Tried sending e-mail but scripted message to call . Don’t know how to connect for my question

@StanTradingMan @yatesinvesting @etrade Ameritrade has had several issues as well, but not as many as E-Trade. I have had a webull account for the last year, and it has not had one blackout day. The app has not crashed one time nor have I been prevented from trading. I believe Webull is the most stable out of all
