    I remember when #Etrade had a good customer service and you could call and actually speak to someone. Now the live chat is not available, and every time I call I just wait on hold for over an hour till I finally give up and hang up. It may time to look for a new broker @etrade

    @etrade I have called customer service 4 times to try & recover my User ID and reset my password and I can NEVER speak to a representative. Wait times greater than 2 hours. Trying to do it online isn’t working. This is the worst customer service.

    @etrade What's the deal with #ARTL restricted for purchases and one hour wait on the phone for customer service. I'm going to post each time a stock is restricted so all will know because it's becoming more frequent
