    @NestorKim @etrade Yup! I left a lot of $$ on the table cause of their faulty system. Cut my $SPY options cause it wasn't working. Called them & they won't take responsibility and refund me. They say yes they're not working but I could have pulled the charts up on other platforms. WTF! @etrade

    @etrade You need a better way to recover from lost 2-factor authentication. I had to get my phone reset, so I lost my VIP Access codes. I've been on hold for 3.5 hours trying to talk to a customer service rep to get back in.

    Anybody getting the following horrific customer service through @etrade banking? 1)Can't order a new debit card. 2)When calling wait time is 90 minutes 3)Can't complete ACH purchase for funds in my account. #EtradeBanking...too bad we can't report them.

    @etrade Except you'll delete (yes delete) a loyal customer account and refuse to even speak to them. Why would anyone trust their money to a company that will close a 25 year account and then when asked why repeatedly they mail you their TOS that basically says "because we can"... RUN

    @etrade beneficiary services doing terrible job turning over accounts of loved one. Nonresponsive to emails, long wait times on phone. Just awful to deal w/while grieving.
