@etrade @ErnsTweets @etrade blames volatility but the VIX is at a 10-month low. They blame COVID yet all other businesses have had to adapt. Even the shipping companies managed to pull off an unprecedented package delivery season. We don't want apologies. We want service in support of the product.

@Daptrader1 @StanTradingMan @etrade ? I use fidelity and have no issue. Extended hours trading and OTC access. I had to call a rep to be able to buy more than 10,000 shares of OTC at one time though.

@etrade what’s happening in your customer service department? I sat on a call 2 hours waiting for someone to come on the line. I’ve chatted waited two days for an answer and got an automated response. This is crap.
