Yo @etrade where ******** is my money? When a financial institution screws up, it's the little guy that pays. I made a transfer well over three business days ago and it has simply DISAPPEARED, resulting in overdraft and late fees. WHERE ******** IS MY MONEY.

@etrade @mona_mendoza They never answer this phone number I have never in my life had such terrible terrible service from E*TRADE I’ve been a customer for probably 15 years! I’ve been on hold today for 62 minutes I had to hang up because I had to go pick my son up and now I’ve been on the hold again

@etrade never in my life have I had such poor service , on hold on average 43-74 mins b4 I have to hang up. regards to my account that’s frozen then I called the Charlotte office and “Robert” tried to help! Gave me 1-800-293-1621 again more wasted time I want my $ out

@ETrade Every day I have to call in to Ecrap and wait on hold for ever. Starting Friday I will be taking my money out as I sell my trades. They are stealing my money by flipping the lot's I have chosen to sell...it's a glitch in their system they don't want you to know about
