Leaving @etrade after 10 yrs, thanks to their horrible customer service. Unable to fix cost basis in 6 mon. Wait time exceeds 45 mins every time you call. It used to be way better service before. Hopeless!!!

@TDAmeritrade is willing to argue over minor discrepancies rather than keep a loyal customer that has been with the broker for over 15 years. I will be sure to let them know how I feel daily and well after I finish transferring my positions to @etrade #Disappointing
