@etrade I spoke to a nice broker, his hands are basically tied. They are being told "We are hearing a few people are having problems wit stuck orders". Honestly, everyone in our trading group has stuck orders. Online Reps can't bust trades or get you "Order Out"anymore.

@LindaTangUSA @etrade Lisa, even during the crash of 1999-2000, 2008 never experienced this kind of outage madness. It was never this bad. I get Covid, they are making a fortune off PFOF and could have back up. On the phone for almost 40 minutes, something is wrong.

@TheSnakeJake519 @etrade Yeah I had a winning position, went to sell was saying I didn’t have enough shares , kept adjusting because the price was going down…and then my cancellation orders weren’t getting filled…frustrating…went from a win to a loss, we should get a compensation.

@davidpark2019 @etrade I have contracts that were down were $1.80 when the system crashed. They went to $1.05 back to $2.3 and now back to $1.7. I have a feeling nobody is going to pick up before the Close which is going to screw us over.

@etrade We got screwed over once again, even after two years of learning from 2020 mess nothing ever changed. Its 4:02, my options hit $2.35 before the Close and I had a stuck order for since 2:30 EST. It was a widespread outage, California to Georgia my friends fell like they got scrwd
