@etrade seriously I called to address a transfer issue and the call is experiencing technical difficulty and won’t go through and when I go to chat I have a 154 min wait time?!

@reddittrading Have to wait 2-4 days to open an account @TDAmeritrade. Error when trying to open with @etrade and when calling customer service was disconnected by their automated service. So basically you can’t open an account to buy stock at this point.

@etrade I have been trying to call customer service for 24 hours, waited on hold 3 hours yesterday and today am getting an automated message that due to technical difficulties my call cannot be completed. Do you just take individuals money and disconnect the phone?
