@etrade Yeah, right. We just moved a lot of money to you and we don’t even have an ATM card for my wife after a month of multiple follows. In addition, we are trying to set up something with the account and there is absolutely no help or follow up.

@etrade support is non-existent. They purchased optionshouse a while back where I had an account. I have been unable to login since then and their customer service hold times are always over 90 minutes. I'm not sure anyone actually works there anymore. #theySuck

Hilarious bug of the day. 40 characters limit on email field to create a company stock account on @etrade. Probably decided by a zealous security person because it looked good on a powerpoint presentation. Wife is stuck now, because her legal name is long.
