❀Dawson❂ (@DawsonBarcey) relatou um problema@coinbase I just initiated a stock portfolio transfer from E*TRADE to Coinbase. E*TRADE was able to get on the phone with me and verify the outgoing transfer and making sure that I got my reimbursement for the fee that they had charged me. I can’t get a single human person at Coinbase both on chat or phone to assist me about the transfer verification. I feel like I should transfer all my **** back to @etrade because their customer service is superior.

This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? I just need to expect some trades might have a confirmation follow up now? wtf?

I’m certain Morgan Stanley holds everyone’s dividend payment overnight so they make money lending it to other institutions with USD LIBOR just like banks do maybe file a complaint with the SEC?🤷

No resolution, despite weekly calls to customer service. Really shocking they aren't fixing this like normal banks.
