@tastyworks Hey could you guys give @etrade some tips on how to design a usable platform, how to provide customer service, and how to export a CSV file with the actual time of trade as apposed to every trade reading 3:00AM? Sadly I have an account their also and they SUCK!

$KZR this won’t be an easy short, any size you put out they’re swiping up off, and it’s easy to borrow at the horrible retail brokers, so they prob blow everyone out and down side halt in the same candle and bail out @etrade from having to pay anyone short side for a few days

@etrade very unhappy the way my fraud complain is being handled by E*Trade;it has been almost 3 months of having filed a complaint and have being following up continuously but not getting any support or information.All the enquires are just routed to different people bt no result

@etrade I was in Europe. I used my account and next day Etrade deactivated my account. For the last month I called Etrade many times and was on hold for appx 1 hour, every time. Still couldn’t talk to anyone…Time is money.definitely this is the worst financial customer service.

@etrade #Etrade This security hold is a sorry excuse for poor service. I call everyday and waste 45 mins on hold, no answer. Why don't you tag w/Priority accounts calling in for a security hold? My funds are HOSTAGE with the #WORST customer service #HOLD TIMES in the INDUSTRY!

@NoGreatTrader79 @etrade Hopefully before the announcement next week, if its semi bad news or a extended timeline it'll probably crash, I'd sell and buy a back cheaper, my average still in the 50s I don't want to wreck the potential split gains selling beofe Im already up big and like to get some profit

If you're an active trader don't consider @etrade. I opened an account after lots of promises from a "dedicated" account Mngr. He lost my number after I funded. No return calls or emails and cstmr support is slow and bad. The trading platform no good. Sorry I strayed @tastyworks
