@IQ45sociopath @greg_lechuga @etrade Exactly! They are the worst. I have been calling for a week, sent emails, tweets, dms etc.... They do not care about customer service at all. I guess all us poor peasants can do is continue to call them out.

@etrade Maybe you should spend less time tweeting and more time on customer service. No response from messages sent in app and website. On hold since 12:30 today from a call, and a live chat wait time of 190 minutes.

Words cannot explain how bad @etrade wait times are to fix issues they caused. I am going on 4+hours total on hold over several days due to the mistakes they made with my account and still no resolution but wait for someone else #Etrade #poorcustomerservice #avoidEtrade

So I might gripe about @etrade trading platform sometimes, but let me say this as well, in the interest of fairness: Etrade customer service is awesome. They reach out and, even when it's pretty clear I'm a gambling degenerate, still try to address issues with their platform.

@etrade @MorganStanley 10mins hold to speak with operator, 30mins to transfer to correct dept. 1 min to identify which acct. call drops. No one calls back after 45min hold!!!! 10mins to get operator to tell them. You guys killing it at customer service!
