    @etrade Why is there no way to get ahold of anyone. Customer Service is poor or nonexistent. Its frustrating when you have a question you need answered!

    @etrade currently at 2hrs 37min hold. Have issue that has to be handled by cust serv rep. Never heard back from message center. Why make it so difficult for clients to receive service?

    @etrade You placed a restriction on my checking because of a deposit I made from my Chase Acct. You won’t remove the restriction because Chase wait time to verify the transfer is 15 minutes, yet yours was over an hour. I am trying to buy a house… help

    @etrade By the way, all those corporate advertisements featuring grossly disproportional minority faces, voices - we are keeping a list & avoiding those products, stores, companies. Quotas are one thing, but blatant boosterism, pandering are unacceptable. Hope your customer base changed

    @etrade No. They better not find him in time, I'd rather "they" get on the phones so I can get someone in customer service to unlock my account. 2 hour hold times are worse than the IRS.

    @etrade Deposited money and Etrade locked my account... Now I cannot log in unless I wait in a two hour phone cue... If this is the idea of customer service then as soon as I get through hold times I will close the account...

    @cxinsider @etrade GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. These thieves cost me a fortune….literally … by freezing my accounts with NO justification. Then try getting them on the phone and nobody wants to take your call. ETrade is the worst place you could put your money. GET OUT!

    @etrade How do you expect people to wait 2 hours on the phone in order to get in contact?? This is ridiculous and no live chat support either. It should not take that long to get support when it comes to having problems and no access to my funds. I am done with you guys
