Okay, I’ve had to call @etrade for the past 4 days in a row because my card keeps getting blocked for some reason. Get it unblocked, blocked again 2 transactions later. The bigger issue is each call has had a 2 hour wait to get through. What the heck, y’all?

@etrade I'm on my third call - each time I call I dig in for the 2 hour plus wait time the recording tells me to expect, then the call drops...My card is not working and I need it fixed today - is there anyone answering phones or is the customer service line unmanned today???

Just started using @etrade does it always lag so far behind when the market opens?! WTF!! Still hasn’t updated any tickers since the bell… have to click and watch the bids to see where the price is at smh
