    Really @etrade ? After an hour and a half on the phone your representative told me they can’t (but really won’t) help me. Your motto needs to change to “Investing for everyone except our customers whom we don’t care about”. #MovingToAnotherCompany

    Do not invest with @etrade. Their customer service is a joke. Can’t ever get a hold of anyone, they closed their chat feature for the last year, now you can’t even secure message them. Can only call (wait on hold for 2 hours) or reach by snail mail.

    @gregory98202765 @etrade I got nailed by the lag when it dropped - I was poised ready to sell at 4.8 and it wouldn’t sell - came back online at 50% down before i could sell and save what was left of the burning wreck that was my CEI position
