    @etrade why is it so hard to reach a person in support. I’ve called your 1-800 twice for the system to hang up on me after 30 minutes and your online wait times are also ridiculous for a business that is rapidly moving. I can’t even get through to close my account.

    @etrade Hello, E*Trade: long-term (25+ years) customer here. Q: When will I have the ability to buy and hold *actual* $BTC in my accounts? To move slowly is to cause your customers to miss a huge paradigm shift — and one of the few reasons I could think of to migrate to a competitor.

    @etrade why is your customer service technical support so poor? why do you allow them to behave in the manners that they do. Your technical support today has me unplug my routers then decided to hang up. Then when I call back I'm on hold for 2 hours. Message do not use E-Trade?

    @flintb22 @etrade I am. I sold some stocks I'd owned a while. Funds are not available for reinvestment but they are also not on hold. It is not an unsettled funds issue, some glitch is happening. Definitely opportunity-cost to the problem for me here.

    .@etrade thanks for letting me sit on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on by customer service rep who was in line for 3 minutes with no callback despite having my info. Classy. Now I just want ******** out. Not investing $ with a ****** company.

    Yesterday (3/11) sold some shares on @etrade that I'd bought (3/5). The cash is not available for re-investment, but it's also not on hold. Etrade seems to be broken in some way.

    @Ahlibobwa26 @etrade Contacting their support Is just a waste of time I tried contacting their support no reply but with the help of cyberhack_081 on Instagram I got my account recovered and highly secured within 30 minutes

    @etrade Your customer service does not pick up and if this nonsense continues I am going to move all my money out. Hold times longer than 5 minutes equals poor customer service, the lowest quality.
