@etrade hello e trade I just sold my $cmmb shares which I bought at 6.85 I sold at about 6.95 and I look at the order and it says I sold it at 6.7 and I sold at 3:47 how do I fix this and get my money back

I've been a customer of @etrade for over 20 years. I've currently been on hold for over an hour to fix a problem that cannot be resolved online (after being told there was a 2 hr wait the other day). Any guesses as to how much longer I'll be their customer?

@etrade been on hold 3.5 hours. Once for 90 and disconnect. Now for almost two. Etrade is labeling a wire transfer wrong and my bank is turning it down. My entire morning has been your hold music.

@etrade Woodforest and I figured out what was going on through trial and error and how your system was incorrectly naming the wires.. But now I have 3 fees. I'd like two of the fees handled, please. The issue was how Firefox was displaying Etrade's wire screen.

.@etrade changed to two-factor authentication but didn’t tell anyone, so now people can’t get into their accounts. Their automated Help is helpless, and to get a human on the phone is a three-hour wait. Hello, #Schwab?

@etrade I CAN’T access my account and a 2 hour wait on hold is not possible. This is awful! You need to do something to allow people to access accounts without having to call your company if it’s going to be a two hour hold. There should be a separate line for just account access

@etrade bank. Been on hold an hour and a half and still no one picks up. No responses to email either. This has been typical the last few months. @MorganStanley you need to fix this quickly if you don’t want to damage your customer reputation.

@etrade ETRADE the epitome of pathetic service. I have been trying to reach customer care regarding my account for past 2 weeks and each time i get a voiceover saying estimated wait time is greater than 2 hours. painstakingly i stayed for 2.5 hours twice still no answer.

@etrade has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Over 2 hours wait time no matter when you call. I get no info on the problem with my account, just “call us” and wait half the day. #badcustomerservice

Between online help never being available and phone wait times over 2 hours @etrade basically doesn't have customer service anymore. What a genius move after a giant merger..lol Time for a new broker!
