Gov't needs to step in and hold the brokerage firms like @etrade accountable. People lose money bc ur **** is down. You pay ppl's losses and get fined. You'll never see them with problems again.

@etrade seriously, you cannot get market depths to work? $BNTX trading at $169 but level 2 shows $175.57/$175.89. stop losing people money and making it harder to trade. And get you customer service under control. How can we call in to get help when the wait time is hours?

And just like it took a collective institutional + retail effort to squeeze, this needs retail and institutional effort to get back down to earth.

.@etrade there are several thousand users now wondering when you will have #LVL2 #L2 fixed? It's been malfunctioning consistently all day. Please provide an update to users, or at the very least acknowledge there is a problem and that you are working on it.
