But he continued to tell me he couldn't get into any specifics unless I capitulated on my identifying data.

This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? Nearly $10,000 restricted, legitimate payments reversed, two promised deadlines broken, 15+ calls, and still no explanation, timeline, or accountable person.
