  @TeslaBoomerMama @etrade I have been with etrade for over 10 years. They have always been great. Absolutely no fees for banking with minimum balance which my Roth satisfied. With that comes the ups and downs of “virtual banking” I have not had a traditional brick and mortar bank since year 2000. Back then people thought i was crazy “your information will get hacked etc”. The etrade acquisition by Morgan Stanley complicated some things. Extremely slow to update systems to modern day standards. Took years to fix some online issues and services offered. Simple things like access to Zell. I registered for ipo access over a year ago. Nothing to do with Soace X. Everything to do with being prepared for future opportunities. I would be cautious with situations where someone is registering too close to the time they want to participate in an ipo. Not saying this person is not qualified but sometimes the things need time to iron out. Phone calls with etrade representatives etc.

  @etrade 's hold music has now given me PTSD. I have never had such poor customer service in my entire life! A month into this nightmare and I still have no access or answers.

  Had a check washed (fraudulently cashed) from @etrade account. Filed a police report, filled out required paper work and it has been over 40 days. No resolution, despite weekly calls to customer service. Really shocking they aren't fixing this like normal banks.

  @willyzdub @etrade Honestly none of them are all that good it seems - my fidelity and ibkr glitch all the time... Maybe they think traders have to work that much harder or something...

  @etrade What ******** are ya’ll doing? You’re just gonna act like you didn’t **** thousands of people? My whole desktop app has been reset causing me hours of work just to reorganize my setup. Utterly ******* ridiculous

  @etrade Whoever uses @etrade is an idiot...4 hrs and the platform shuts down..I was a customer since 1995 and I did a commercial for you..Now i will do a commercial for @Schwab!!They're the best

  @etrade finally got someone to answer - When they answer please be polite - not the fault of the rep - so keep it civil but do emphasize that being a customer is probably no longer in your best interest if you want to vent

  @etrade E*trade will offer you money to open an account and never pay you, I’ve opened three with them, an IRA, a savings account and an individual brokerage account, never got paid their promotion for any of them, bad company

  @TwoThreeXYZ @DanielMCharter @etrade Webull is ok. Robinhood isn’t bad. Have fidelity for long term hold and dividend stuff and it’s ok. Siri here I come. Hopefully OTC
