@etrade Seriously, why are you even advertising? Your customer service is SO BAD, I just moved $500k+ to @Fidelity Save your money on twitter ads and improve your customer service...it is horrid! Do NOT sign for etrade unless you just want pain.

Anyone who has blown up an @etrade account on a big move with too much leverage would have had the same experience. The real issue is that it has exposed how some big market players are involved on all sides of a trade and to many folks this was opaque before.

@etrade your customer service is awful. I’ve had to call 6 times to try to change my account from margin to cash and it still hasn’t happened. It’s been 2 and a half weeks. Terrible.

@etrade I’ve been trying to log into my account for a week. Reset password and keep getting message to call customer service. One problem, your wait times haven’t been below 158 minutes yet! Same for chat! What gives?
