    @etrade stop telling me to call customer service to place orders for certain stocks, if I did that I wouldn't be able to place an order until Tuesday with your current wait times..

    @etrade Feedback on your platform 1) While trading SHORT IRON CONDORS for SPX, even though my maximum loss in the trade is say $300, etrade throws an error that insufficient funds. TD does accept and the margin blocked for short spreads,etc is = max loss. Pls update/fix this

    @etrade Why don’t you get someone to answer the customer support line. I’ve called three days in a row and have been on hold each time for over an hour with no answer.

    @etrade You have the worst customer service ever! Your “Customer Service” line puts me on hold for 30 mins then hangs up. 3x now i’ve been hung up on after being on the line for 30 mins or more! Your “Live Chat” wait time is 4 hours. How do I get through? Please help me!!
