    @IGClientHelp Deposited money 4th May. On 9th May still not in my account. Asked live-help to assist. They gave me email helpdesk in UK. No reply to that after 12 days! No money in account. Just spoke to livehelp who now cannot find the email. Appaling lack of service

    @IGcom Why I don't want to use IG. 1. There is not 2 factor authentication and when asked to the customer care there are no tokens left and if hacked the risk is ours 👏🏽

    @MrLarus My shares still haven't been transferred to Ciz on @IGcom yet. Ive called them once and now emailed. Terrible service, half the value likely to have gone by the time they get round to it

    @Fidelity_UK Worst customer experience ever. ISA transfer to @IGcom taken 4 months lost paperwork many times. Finally BACS transfer then cancelled and sent a Cheque in the post unbelievable. @Fidelity_UK living in the 80s. 🤡🤡🤡🎪🎪🎪

    @IGcom Customer service advice, allow people to withdraw and also answer the damn phones, you should already know these. Its not tricky
