    @IGClientHelp @IGcom I've called and emailed and still no response. honestly this is appalling service as you've basically locked my money from trading, potentially resulting in losses for me. This is failing in your basic duty to be a broker.

    @TheFCA @IGClientHelp oh the irony of being called IG Client Help. No help available, currently on hold for over half an hour AGAIN! still no answer. Simple issue, promised it would be resolved - not done yet

    @IGClientHelp I funded my international account for the first time on 25 May and the funds are still not reflecting in my account. I also have trouble loading the proof of payment. What should I do other than sending a mail and wait for a reply?
