Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

@HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

@djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone.
