Hi @IGcom I opened an account with you to test the quality of your services. I have deposited a considerable amount of funds and have kept the account active through various trading transactions. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone. @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?
