  @igcom @igclienthelp Been waiting for 2 hours on your WhatsApp ‘service’ + live chat with no response. Simple requests go through convoluted processes; I was promised a 3hr turnaround on a ‘ card verification’ that is still pending over 24hrs later? Shocking customer service!

  @whatsamata8 @IGcom Sorry about that, we know how frustrating it is. Try typing “agent” or “speak to an adviser” in the chatbot to reach a human. If you like, DM us your account ID and a brief issue and we’ll look into it and help.

  Do not try to open the account with @IGcom it is a nightmare. I sent my personal documents, two different bank account statement from two banks for address verification yet they claim for six weeks it is not enough defying their own rules!!! Further more telephone number they claim they can not reach although I am talking with their support on WhatsApp from that number! Completely ridicolous
