    @IGClientHelp @JohnMorris1982 Weird that isn’t it. Seems every type of call centre experiencing high demand. Convenient excuse? Are all home workers doing sod all apart from fixing all the issues they have stacked up? Thought of employing more people or improving your system?

    @IGClientHelp your ID registration doesn't work. I've tried about 15 times on both Post and ID Now. Also, took time off work to go to bank branch and they won't sign. As an existing customer for 2 years this is an utter disgrace

    @IGClientHelp I was told to "check my dashboard". I don't know what they are talking about. I asked what they meant and just ignored me. As an existing customer this "assistance" is non-existent.

    Over 1 hour waiting for you to answer phones @IGClientHelp #FridayThoughts #fridaycomplaints this is why I want to withdraw my money, you guys are rubbish. No one should use IG to trade. Newer brokers are much better, better service, better interfaces, better analysis tools

    @IGClientHelp hi, I tried contacting your email support but clearly they are misunderstanding me. I told them I want an ISA share dealing account and they are saying I’m not suitable for leveraged trading. I don’t want a CFD account, please sort this out.
