    @IGClientHelp I opened an IG account last week. Trading was nice and easy but your 2 Factor Authentication does not work. Your support team had to disable it twice. Do you have any plans to fix? Why not use Google or MS Authenticator apps?

    @IGClientHelp U cannot just apologize, we are talking about real time trading, I have missed serveral profit trades entry just because your system have some problems on certain group of traders ONLY. This is by far the worst event I have encountered. I will be quiting trading with IG.

    @IGClientHelp @ProRealTime Another reminder as this has been reported via the software also, no replies. Since when you do allow 0.01 contracts to be bought so how can they be partially sold? Have you got a start on this software change/issue yet?

    @IGClientHelp I placed a trade and manually closed it in profit. Your system closed me at a loss and the market didn't move that much at the close. The close on the chart page showed positive. Are there problems with your systems?

    @IGClientHelp Hi. I was unable to log into my account as for some reason it is locked and even when I reset the password it still says it is locked. I made another account and still can't login because it shows a login failure. I've been trying to login for months. help please

    @IGClientHelp They always reply to tell me to report via the software. I have done that. Why are so many software and data issues arising as of late. These changes I would think are not called for.

    @scoot3r83 @IGClientHelp @ProRealTime They fix some things, but often wont. Seems common amongst Austrlaian brokers, as long as the money comes in, they figure the interface they present is good enough, and leave it at that. Pathetic. IGs forums are full of disgruntled traders.

    @IGClientHelp If you are really working on this, perhaps you can give a semi-detailed list of events etc. you have accomplished over 4 months and how much lag time you have in your performance before there is any movement in this issue. I'm watching paint dry faster.

    @IGClientHelp It have been more than 24hrs and till now the problem still exists, this is extremely frustrating. No words can express My anger with this situation and since IG is not interested in my business, I will take it somewhere else.
