    @IGClientHelp all withdrawal requests are failing, I’ve used this card multiple times. I call in and press “2” on the IVR and it’s a recorded msg in FRENCH wtf is going on?!? I want to be able to withdraw!!

    I haven't seen this kind of a bad experience son far in finance industry. It has been more than 3 weeks can not withdraw money from your system, there is no clear instruction and responsible for cases, how you can claim that you are a leader of FX !!! @IGClientHelp

    @InvestorMidlife @jon_audis Lucky you, @IGcom still yet to sort out the #POLB in specie allocation. I've had in-specie before I remember being bang on the date with no issues... is this an #ORPH fudge up? Was I just lucky last time!?

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom Not a voting issue so contact company direct rather than faffing about via a nominee re attendance. Open door policy for vast majority of AGMs (some security & orderly protest exceptions).

    @IGClientHelp, @FT @FXFinanceFeeds Just want to voice my frustration with IG on their complete lack of coordinated customer service, support and indifference to issues. You are refusing to close trades with a guaranteed close option via your APIs. This is plain wrong!

    @IGClientHelp @FT, I had a disgraceful conversation with IG's outsourced and clueless Indian helpdesk and team. The technical manager had the audacity to as me the customer run testing on their behalf! And refused to address a problem with IG's own API issues. What a joke!

    @IGClientHelp I am getting a run around by your outsource customer service team. They are robots it seems. KY58H Gursevak Khaira. Need to speak to real people. Very frustrating. Not able to withdraw my own money.

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom I don't understand that, sorry. You're still investing in a business where management have done a bad job and feel the need to evade retail? Directors are always held to account when up for re-election.
