    @IGClientHelp I placed a trade and manually closed it in profit. Your system closed me at a loss and the market didn't move that much at the close. The close on the chart page showed positive. Are there problems with your systems?

    @Victoria8300 @IGClientHelp Yes the scans are basically what is keeping me for now. I've never experienced so much hot air as I have from IG. Both those charts have now started working so their difficult fix cant be too hard. @IGClientHelp just seem to be doing nothing. Terrible Support.

    @IGClientHelp If you are really working on this, perhaps you can give a semi-detailed list of events etc. you have accomplished over 4 months and how much lag time you have in your performance before there is any movement in this issue. I'm watching paint dry faster.

    @IGClientHelp So today we have a L2 Software update to fix the issues you introduced yesterday, but today we also have @ProRealTime disconnecting from our accounts. You get the wooden spoon award on updates.
