  Hi @IGcom I opened an account with you to test the quality of your services. I have deposited a considerable amount of funds and have kept the account active through various trading transactions. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone. Customer service seems non-existent, apart from an AI agent on the website to handle general enquiries. If you are reading this, please contact me privately #IG #IGMarkets

  @IGClientHelp I’ve been trying since 6 Aug to get answers on MT5 position limits and split-order pricing. I was referred to Customer Experience, but have had no substantive response; today’s WhatsApp query has sat unread since 07:25. Can someone please pick this up?

  @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

  @MBdaytrading @IGcom They always have problems !! Why do you even use them? I stopped using them in 2023 as they couldn't even issue a simple P&L statement despite explaining to their so called accounts how it's done 🙈

  @MBdaytrading @IGcom I noticed that even II was not working around 12 noon. Has since been rectified, so maybe a wider issue today.

  @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Only issue I have is some tiny float stocks in the UK are really difficult to execute on T212 compared to IG - i.e. I have put a limit buy for the same price on both platforms, IG executed a lot quicker than T212. Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

  @IGcom You’re going to lose a hell of a lot of investors from your platform shortly due to these changes coming in, looks like no more ‘Request for Quote’ orders, limit and market orders only, wouldn’t be so bad if your orders actually got filled, you’ve always been useless with those, seems like only US stocks get filled with U.K. stocks sat there being unfilled all day even when there’s plenty of stock available within that order price

  Thinking of moving my SIPP & share a/c's from IG @IGClientHelp to @Trading212 Anyone have a bad thing to say about 212? Or other brokers I should consider? What I REALLY want: Low FX fees Can hold multi-currency Tax return forms every year Options in SIPP (sadly no one offers)

  @IGcom Is there ANYONE answering your phones or Whatsapp Help messages ??!!… now been on hold for nearly 10 minutes !… this is NOT a great service at all. How can i get help to log in to my account?… am unable to via either mobile or laptop !
