Not even an email to say "yes we received it but have not started". By the way, multiple charts not updating even though data is showing on your L2 software. AGAIN.

    @IGClientHelp It have been more than 24hrs and till now the problem still exists, this is extremely frustrating. No words can express My anger with this situation and since IG is not interested in my business, I will take it somewhere else.

    @scoot3r83 @IGClientHelp @ProRealTime They fix some things, but often wont. Seems common amongst Austrlaian brokers, as long as the money comes in, they figure the interface they present is good enough, and leave it at that. Pathetic. IGs forums are full of disgruntled traders.
